CEO’s Message: Introducing United Seas College – A Leading PEI at the Intersection of East and West Education

United Seas College (USC) is a new Private Education Institution (PEI) in Singapore, established in accordance with the Private Education Act and Regulations. We have been granted a license by the Committee for Private Education (CPE) to operate as a PEI from 29 March 2023. Our stakeholders are experienced intellectuals from an established private education institution in China, Wuhan Technology & Business University (WTBU), who will facilitate knowledge-sharing and teaching methods in technological and business fields. 

At USC, our mission is “Life-long skills development for the good of society,” and our vision is to be “a Leading PEI to harness the best of East-West Education.” We believe Singapore is the perfect location for such an intersection, as it is an educational hub in the region and a gateway for China’s universities to link up with the West in educational endeavors. 

To achieve our mission and vision, we uphold a set of values as enablers, including integrity, excellent service, collegiality, and fairness. USC is a client-focused and result-driven PEI that provides affordable courses to students and small and medium enterprises. We offer standard and professional teaching services in a secure and conducive learning environment, ensuring that our staff work hard to meet and surpass our students’ expectations and educational goals. 

Our students’ overall best interest always comes first, and everything our staff does is guided by our Mission, Vision, and Values. To achieve our goals, our team comprises professional educators and well-experienced teachers passionate about imparting knowledge to students.

校长致辞：介绍联合海洋学院 – 东西方教育交汇处的领先私立教育机构

 联合海洋学院（United Seas College，简称USC）是一所根据新加坡私立教育法案和法规设立的新私立教育机构。我们已经获得新加坡私立教育委员会（Committee for Private Education，简称CPE）颁发的许可证，自29 March 2023年起作为私立教育机构运营。我们的利益相关者是中国一所著名私立教育机构 – WTBU的经验丰富的知识分子，他们将促进技术和商业领域的知识共享和教学方法的传授。 

在USC，我们的使命是“为了社会的长远技能发展”，我们的愿景是成为“东西方教育最佳结合的领先私立教育机构”。我们相信新加坡是这种交汇处的完美地点，因为它是该地区的教育中心，也是中国大学与西方教育机构联系的门户。
